Tourmaline is the birthstone for October;
and this gemstone features many of the colors of fall.

Offering both vibrancy and beauty tourmalines can be from red to green
and from blue to yellow and thought they often have two or more colors, they can also come in beautiful single color gemstones.  There are also tourmalines which change their color when light changes from daylight to artificial l light and some show the light effect of a cat's eye. 
No two Tourmalines are exactly alike.

This gemstone has excellent wearing qualities and is easy to look after.

As always, we recommend that you regularly have your jewelry checked & inspected.   We can do that while you wait ... as well as keep your jewelry sparkling & clean.....
After cleaning, we will check for any missing stones;  inspect each stone for tightness; and  look for chips, nicks and breakage.
Prongs, shanks and mountings will be inspected for wear and cracks.
If repairs are needed, we will make suggestions and discuss possible options with you.
