Voyagers Jewelry Tip of the Month:

Tulips, hyacinth, and daffodils begin to bloom in all their wonderful colors with a beautiful backdrop in shades of green.

May is for Mother's Day,
and the beginning of Spring.

The team of creative, skilled Jewelers~Artists~Goldsmiths
at Voyagers Jewelry Design will work with you to create
that one-of-kind ring or pendant, a truly individualized piece,
for your mother, that someone special or for you.

Emerald ,May's birthstone,
with its rich green reflecting the colors of springtime, has been treasured as a symbol of rebirth, beauty and enduring love.

An emerald in a deep, lively green, with some inclusions, still has a much higher value than an almost flawless emerald whose color is paler.

Care should be taken when wearing and cleaning an emerald, so be sure to never have your emerald jewelry near strong detergents or commercial cleaners. You may clean this gemstone with very mild soft and a soft brush.
Be sure to rinse & dry thoroughly.

Reuse, Recycle, Repair, Remount and Redesign

- Unique and Custom creations are Voyagers specialty -
unlike most jewelers, we do all work in house and are able to work with existing pieces to  make them "new" again from a good cleaning and polishing  to adding stones or reusing a part of the old design to create a new piece. This ability to create brand new from scratch, innovative designs, to reusing and redesigning existing pieces allows Voyagers to be your personal and full service jewelers.  We do free estimates for any design.

As always, we recommend that you regularly have your jewelry checked & inspected.   We can do that while you wait ... as well as keep your jewelry sparkling & clean.....
After cleaning, we will check for any missing stones;  inspect each stone for tightness; and  look for chips, nicks and breakage.
Prongs, shanks and mountings will be inspected for wear and cracks.
If repairs are needed, we will make suggestions and discuss possible options with you.
