 Leaves in wonderful oranges, reds and yellows;
Mums and Asters in full blooms from pinks to purples...

Fall gemstones of the month (birthstones):
Sapphires for September and
Tourmalines & Opals for October
are just as beautiful and colorful as the season.

Sapphires are most commonly found in blue and can be found in almost every  color, with white sapphires even being used as a substitute for diamonds.  A traditional gemstone for September, it is also used for honoring 5th and 45th anniversaries and represents truth, sincerity and consistency.

Opal, which means "precious stone" stands for magic, love, hope, happiness and truth. This stone, especially Australian Boulder Opals come in more then just your traditional white, but in a variety of colors especially brilliant blues and greens.

Tourmaline also comes in a  variety of colors from deep pink to red, blue to green and bi-colored (watermelon).  Used to attract inspiration and promote understanding tourmaline also encourages self-confidence.

As always, we recommend that you regularly have your jewelry checked & inspected.   We can do that while you wait ... as well as keep your jewelry sparkling & clean.....
After cleaning, we will check for any missing stones;  inspect each stone for tightness; and  look for chips, nicks and breakage.
Prongs, shanks and mountings will be inspected for wear and cracks.
