1. What are
the 4 C's?
The 4 C's are the criteria used to determine a Diamond's value.. The 4 C's are: Cut, Clarity, Color and Carat weight. Check out our Diamonds page for more information.
2. How often should I have my Jewelry Cleaned and Prongs checked?
At The Voyagers, we recommend your jewelry to be cleaned as often as you like, and your prongs should be checked every 2-3 months. This takes just a few minutes, and any jeweler should offer this service at no charge.
3. Do you have jewelry
boxes?
We have a very nice selection of wooden jewelry boxes that are
handmade in Wisconsin. The jewelry boxes range in sizes from
small keepsake size to large multiple drawer sizes and are made from
solid Cherry, Walnut, Oak, Birdseye Maple and Australian Lacewood.

4. Can Diamonds break?
Yes, Diamonds do break. Even though they are the
hardest mineral, they can break, chip or crack.
5. Do you have
jewelry for babies and children?
Yes, we carry a variety of gifts for that special newborn including rings, I.D. bracelets and add-on pearls necklaces.
