The Voyagers
staff does all of the stringing in
the store. We
can bring new life to your grandmother's old pearls from her wedding
day or update an older style with the addition of more pearls, with a
new clasp, with a different arrangement or new length.
Pearls are considered fragile; always
apply your makeup, hairspray and perfumes BEFORE you put on your
pearls. Pearls that are worn regularly should be
restrung every 1 to 2 years; the pearls are individually cleaned and
the silk cord is replaced.
We sell add-on-pearl necklaces strung
with gem quality pearls
that have a pink luster. The Voyagers can add
pearls to your
existing necklaces too.
We can design beautiful natural gemstone floating necklaces
for any occasion: Wedding, prom, or special event you may have.
This piece was designed to go with a dress
for a class
reunion. She simply brought in the dress
and we worked with her
to pick the perfect gemstones.
